At Loach, we believe that managing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) should be simple, intuitive, and effective. Loach originated because the founders thought most solutions to manage OKRs are either over-engineered, under-engineered or too expensive.
While working in various startups and scaleups, we struggled to find a tool that made it easy to align teams, track progress, and drive results—without unnecessary complexity. Spreadsheets always got lost and you still needed lots of reminders for people to fill those in. Project management suites are over-engineered and too expensive for just OKR's.
